Sam Killebrew

Tennessee Residential Construction, LLC is owned and operated by Sam Killebrew, a seasoned craftsman and construction professional with nearly two decades of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial building.
Sam began his construction career in 2006 with Eastside Capital Construction, where he started as a Carpenter’s Assistant working on historic home remodels throughout East Nashville. From those early years, he developed a deep appreciation for the detail, precision, and creativity that quality craftsmanship requires. While working full-time in the field, Sam pursued higher education at Nashville State Community College, earning an associate’s degree in mathematics, graduating Cum Laude and serving as President of Student Government. He later transferred to Middle Tennessee State University, where he studied Construction Management. His commitment to excellence—both academically and professionally—has been recognized through multiple awards and community honors, including a Proclamation from the Tennessee House of Representatives. Over the years, Sam has worked with respected firms such as Turner Commercial Construction, Taylor Construction & Design, and Noble Cabinetry. These experiences, combined with hundreds of hours studying building methods, have shaped his meticulous approach to every project. |
